VayaClean Opens New Truckee Location

VayaClean Eco-Dry Cleaning & Laundry is pleased to announce the opening of its second store in the Tahoe basin on Monday, September 10 at 11429 Donner Pass Rd., in the Westgate Center, next to Wild Cherries Coffee House & Bakery.

VayaClean is a Tahoe-based, locally-owned and operated company with a production facility in South Lake Tahoe. VayaClean is dedicated to strict eco-standards, using 100% non-toxic, biodegradable solvents to clean everything from fine clothing to technical equipment, to home textiles and wedding gowns.

Roughly 85% of dry cleaners today continue to use the toxic petrochemical, perchloroethylene. VayaClean is committed to meeting the strictest eco-standards, and has eliminated the use of toxic substances through significant capital investments, upgrading all its dry cleaning equipment and solvents. VayaClean is the only dry cleaner in the region to utilize halogen-free, dermatologically-safe, organic solvents with a pureness of >99%, that are certified by the Green Business Bureau.
 
VayaClean specializes in all types of fine clothing, including suits, shirts, dresses, and other formal and casual wear, and is expert in wedding gown cleaning and preservation and technical equipment, such as ski jackets and pants. The company also cleans home textiles, such as comforters, curtains and area rugs, and offers leather, suede and fur cleaning services.
