CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / TRUCKEE

Job Description
Seeking a friendly, reliable, customer-focused representative to join our Truckee team. This part-time position is a great opportunity for anyone who wants a flexible work schedule at a highly-regarded locally-owned and operated eco-company. 

Essential Functions:

• Greet and connect with our valued and diverse customers
• Utilize an intuitive POS system to receive and/or release items to customers
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency during item check-in/check-out
• Collaborate with team members and support in daily business functions
• Answer phones and perform basic administrative functions
• Perform quality checks on product
• Ensure order accuracy
  
  

Qualifications:

• Friendly: Must like engaging with the public and enjoy customer service.
• Experience: Previous customer service experience a plus, but not required.
• Technology: Experience with or knowledge of basic computer functions, POS systems, or cash registers a major plus.
• Flexible: Must have a positive and willing attitude and enjoy a variety of job functions.
• Cash Management: Ability to operate cash register/POS system with accuracy and efficiency while ensuring the customer experience is fast and friendly.
• Great communicator: English fluency required.
• Must work 1/2 days Saturday

*Desirable work schedule: Closed Sundays and holidays. Only open 1/2 day Saturday.

PRESS OPERATOR - SOUTH LAKE TAHOE

Job Description
Seeking a reliable, positive press operator to join our South Lake Tahoe team. No experience necessary. Just bring your positive attitude, willingness to learn, and solid work ethic. Full- and part-time positions available with flexible hours and competitive pay.

• Operate hydraulic press machine to finish clothing of all types
• Ensure quality of all garments through careful work and inspection
